This red dry wine is from selected french vine varieties. It has rich cherry and red forest fruits aroma, mild taste with well balanced tannins.

Excellent for pairing with game, beef meat and cheese.

Ageing: Ageing for 12 months on the fine lees in oak barrel and 10 months in a bottle

Serve at: 17-19°C
